At Diamond Delivery we hire only the best professional drivers in the industry, and we’re willing to pay premium dollars do it. You must meet the following requirements to make it at the Diamond Level:
DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 24 years of age.
- Minimum 24 months of verifiable CDL A driving experience (tractors/straight trucks).
- Clean MVR with no more than 3 points in the last 3 years.
- No felonies.
- Current DOT physical.
- Ability to speak/read English well enough to communicate with customers and dispatch.
- Financial resources to operate your vehicle until first pay (we do not give advances).
- Own a cell phone with nationwide coverage.
VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Six years or newer model year with a current DOT inspection.
- Tractors and straight trucks must have DOT approved sleeper.
- Load securement devices, cargo vans must have E-Track in floor.
- Current empty weight ticket fully fueled with driver.
- Safety equipment including fire extinguisher and hazard triangles.
- All previous decals removed.
INSURANCE:
- $1,000,000 non-trucking/physical damage insurance for tractors,
- $500,000 non-trucking/physical damage insurance for straight trucks and cargo vans.
- Occupational accident insurance or Workers Compensation insurance.
